With a Master's Degree in Urban Design from C.E.P.T. University, Shikhar has worked with leading architects in Delhi, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad in the last 16 years, on variety of projects that include campus design, master planning, high & low rise housing schemes, hospital design, city centers, I.T. Parks, mixed use projects, commercial premises etc.

With over 11 years of experience in the art of designing luxe architecture and interiors, she leads an independent team (BM Design) which specialize themselves in premium interior projects. Binita has to her credit sizeable number of hotels, resorts, bungalows etc ‘designed and built. She likes to juxtapose and play with contemporary elements but doesn’t confine to any particular architectural/interior style, rather believes in developing the language as per the project needs.

With an experience of more than 18 years, Rajkamal has worked with leading engineering companies like L&T Ltd, Currie & Brown India Ltd., IHHR hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and Juniper Hotels Ltd. He is presently leading the Project & Construction Management Team under the banner of Nextra Buildtech Pvt Ltd which is the sister concern of AplusUD.
